The Academy's Curriculum
Our before- and after-school program turns those extra hours into a time of discovery for K-8 kids. We balance homework help with hands-on play and plenty of chances to practice social skills. Each week we roll out a fresh theme—anything from “Space Explorers” to “Community Helpers”—and weave it through:
- STEM challenges that get young minds tinkering.
- Language and literacy games that build strong communicators.
- Math moments slipped into cooking, budgeting, and board-game fun.
- Art and music projects that let creativity loose.
- Community circles where children learn empathy, teamwork, and leadership.
The result is a lively mix of learning and play that feeds curiosity, sparks collaboration, and lays down habits for lifelong growth.
Tuition & Billing—How We Keep It Simple
We use a flat-rate system so your payment never bounces around from month to month.
- Step 1: Annual cost. We total the tuition for all 180 school days.
- Step 2: Even split. That amount is divided by 10 billing months (August–May).
- Step 3: One steady bill. You pay the same figure on the first of each month, whether the calendar shows 20 class days or only 10.
No surprise spikes, no complicated math—just a predictable payment you can plan for all year long. If you need help with schedules or options, our office is always ready to assist.

Prorated Tuition
We understand that every family’s situation is unique, so we offer prorated tuition for new enrollments. This way, you only pay for the days your child actually attends. The only upfront cost is the registration fee, ensuring a simple and straightforward start to your child’s enrollment.
Payment Schedule

School Breaks and Early Release Days
Please note that non-school days, such as breaks, are not included in the monthly tuition. Early Release days are also not included into the tuition, as they require additional hours of care. These school break programs are additional services provided by The Academy, which is why they have separate fees.
